These agreements allow qualified graduates of our diploma programmes to apply for direct entry and advanced standing into highly regarded degree programmes at our partner institutions. These pathways enable students to complete their undergraduate studies overseas with reduced time and cost, while gaining access to world-class facilities and networks in the creative industries.
University of Alberta
Ranked among Canada’s top five universities, the University of Alberta is internationally recognised for its excellence in teaching and research. The Faculty of Arts is home to one of Canada’s premier design schools, offering a rigorous and contemporary approach to visual communication.
- Eligibility: Graduates of the Diploma in Communication Design may apply for direct entry into Year 2 of the Bachelor of Design (Visual Communication) and complete their degree in 3 years.
- Highlights: This is a highly selective opportunity with only two placements per year.
Applicants must present a strong portfolio and attend an interview.
The Glasgow School of Arts
A globally renowned art and design institution, the Glasgow School of Art (GSA) is ranked among the top 10 art schools in the world. Its School of Simulation and Visualisation leads in cutting-edge disciplines like sound for moving image, immersive media, and digital storytelling.
- Eligibility: Graduates of the Diploma in Music Production & Audio Engineering may apply for direct entry into Year 3 of the BA (Hons) Sound for the Moving Image and complete their degree in 2 years.
- Highlights: This pathway suits students aspiring to careers in film sound, post-production, and audio design. A competitive portfolio and interview are required.

A leading creative industries college in Australia, JMC Academy is well-known for its hands-on learning model and industry partnerships in music, animation, and film.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Music Production & Audio Engineering: Apply for credit exemptions towards the Bachelor of Creative Technology (Audio Engineering & Sound Production) and complete your degree in as little as 16 months.
University of Chester (UK)
